Day two post opp! Is this normal!? My nipples are pointing down, will this change?

Perfectly normal Kerry. It’s just where the implants are being held down by the muscle during the healing stage. The nipples will go back to normal after the drop and fluff process x

The macom will be a little tight at first- it is to prevent haematoma, swelling and other issues x

How do you buy the Macom bra? I’m 32A(flat). I don’t know what size Macom to buy, I have the surgery soon.

@gitastar you’re supposed to buy the Macom to your band size as the cup sizes adjust to fit whatever your new boobs will be. A 32 band size is a size small I believe x
