December Surgeries

Hey is anyone having their BA done in December? I’m having my done on the 16th December in London not with MYA. I’m having full profile, over the muscle, 400cc – Currently a empty 34b ?

Hi Laura. I have mine booked a few days before you and same not with MYA and also in London.
I have the same bra size and I’m having partial under the muscle, 375cc.

Are you a day case?
I’ve started a to do list as December will be a very busy month and I need to make sure I have everything ready before the end of November. What about you?

Hi Annlee, yes I’m a day case. What’s on your list I have no idea where to start, let alone what recovery bra I will need lol

So on my list I have but need to add othet things…
– 2 post op bra (M&S post op I am am 34B so I will order a 36 DD as per my Dr. advice plus the ASDA one that everyone is taking about)
-ice packs (they’ve arrived today, yey)
– v pillow
-neck pillow
-comfy clothes but the top needs to have buttons or a zip
– throat sweets
-night gown and slippers

I’m having my BA on the 13th December also not with Mya.
I have decided on 350cc HP under the muscle, currently wear a 32B – however don’t really fill it!
I’m already having second thoughts on maybe going up to 375cc but not too sure.

What are your stats? I’m 5ft6, around 10st7 but hoping to get to around 10st before my surgery!

I feel like there is so much to do before the op, need to have all my christmas shopping done and prepare!

I have got a Macom and think I’m going to get a M&S one but after surgery as I’ve not a clue what size to get!

I’m 5ft 1 & roughly 8st. I haven’t bought any post op bras yet, I’ve read so much about the Macom bras being uncomfortable so thinking of getting the ASDA pack of 2, one from amazon & maybe the m&s pack of 2 Also need to go shopping for button up pjs and tops

Need to start my xmas shopping too, I have 2 children 10 & 6 so needing to get them to school luckily we live 3 mins walk from school & yes deffo agree with a whatsapp group

I am 5ft9 and 10st and current bra size is 34B. I will go with 375cc moderate plus profile.

I need to start thinking at Christmas and the rest as after the op I will not be able to do much.

Yes I would defos be up for having a group chat! So nice to have other people going through it at the same time!

Definitely think I’m going to book another consultation my with surgeon, he originally let me try on 300 – 350cc but when I decided on 350cc he then did let me try the 375cc but I still went for the 350cc. Now having second thoughts as there isn’t much different and don’t want to wish I had gone bigger, but then again I don’t want them too big.

Yeah I have heard that about the macom too, hoping its not too bad but will get M&S too to swap out to.

Hi im excited and nervous, im having my op on thursday, im 5ft 2 and weight is 9stone 12
Im a 36B wanting to go to a D cup, im having 375 cc.

Sam what sizes did the surgeon suggested? Any idea if you will have them under or over the muscle? Shape? Round or tear drop?

Hi all, apologies this is a bit long tryna answer everything!

I’m 5ft 4, 9st 6 and I’m getting 375cc mod plus unders.
I originally tried on 350 and was worried they were too big & considered downsizing!
After doing some research I learnt you lose some volume going under the muscle & that 25cc is about 1/5th of a cup size.

In terms of bras I have:
Macom – seem like they might rub a bit, stitching is tight.
Asda – very comfy but i doubt they’ll be supportive enough for the first 7-10 days. (2 for £15 though so I’d say get them anyway)
M&S- perfect (went up a back size and up 3 cup sizes for implants 300-400cc. If smaller do 2 cup sizes)

I bought mine as close to surgery date as poss & will take all 3 so my surgeon can pick the best one, I can then return the ones I dont use.

My surgery is Friday, I’ll let you know how I get on! ?

I have everything i need for friday now!

My surgeon recommended ice packs and sent me a link on amazon for them. I wasn’t gonna buy them but when i went for my latest pre op she said that theyre really worth it for comfort and swelling.

I usually sleep on my tummy so this will be a big change for me ?.
I’ve bought a V neck pillow as well as a pillow wedge. Sounds OTT but the wedge was £15 on ebay and you’re supposed to be at a 45 degree angle anyway so will stop me from rolling lol.

Not sure what a V neck pillow is but I assume is the V pillow or perhaps is the memory neck pillow?

I bought the ice packs as well. They were from eBay just under £5 and the are good size for my future boobies lol.

Post op bra wise. Nobody’s actually mentioned it to me yet. Does it have to be Macom? And does anyone know do they put it on for you or do you do it when you get home?

@jessicabeanss my surgeon recommended an m&s extra high impact sports bra.

I also had a macom and took both on operation day, surgeon fitted the most appropriate one (which was m&s for me).

They do it all for you so make sure you take it to your op 🙂

Hi girls, first post.
I’m booked to have a removal and re-augmentation on 4th Dec at Preston. My main concern at the moment is having a GA – it’s really putting me off. My initial implants were put in under a local and it was a great experience. I have my pro op with the Dr on 14th Nov and I will discuss my fears but I know he’s going to say its a GA or nothing. It’s literally keeping me up at night x

I had my surgeon consultation today. I am booked for 16th December overnight at London Fitzroy. I am having 300cc HP Overs with Ms Lutz. Currently approx 32B. 5’6″ and 10st. I have a fairly small frame, but a larger bottom so hoping to be more proportioned.

I know I don’t wanna be hungry all day either ? I have no idea what size to buy either Guna buy m&s an maybe Asda ones too because so many girls on here saying they find the mancom one uncomfortable on There insisions x

Hi, I am having mine done on Wednesday, I currently have 275 and 400cc on top of the muscle, but because of the surgery done wrong twice by the same doc, I am now going to a different dr. And he suggested 550 and 650 under. Hope this time will be good. Best of luck on yours?

That’s awful nelly so sorry to hear that, must be so frustrating! Who was the dr ?
