Does swelling get worse before it gets better?

I was swelled on the first day and second day but im on day 3 and i feel like they are rock hard harder than they was yesterday…is this normal? X

I think so. Say 3 was the worst for me and I think it was somewhat down to swelling. Xxx

Definitely for me! I got to day 7 still really swollen and then improved – nurse recommended using ice packs and an extra 3 days of Nurofen and it worked xx

Day three seems to be a bit of a thing, mind you know I am close to two weeks post I have noticed how much I must of been swollen, now I’m considering getting a smaller post op bra. One thing I didn’t considers, xx
