dr kazzazi

hey everyone could any of you help I saw Dr kazzazi back at the end of April and have spent the last month or so debating whether to go through with a BA
He was a lovely surgeon and said i had a good bone structure and breast tissue, he said im currently a 32C when id say i was a 34B or a small 32c he suggested unders and 460cc which i was quite shocked about, as i want really natural breasts, my main concern is having them done and come out with doubles dd’s or E’s when really i only want to make what ive got fuller and to be able to where nice dresses etc without a bra on, im a size 8 and im 5ft4
im just a bit concerned as i have seen one other surgeon before dr kazzazi and he said if i want the natural look go for 260cc which is a big difference to 460cc, im so confused as i dont want to go huge and look fake yet i dnt want to be disappointed i just want nice natural fuller boobs

can anyone help with any advice etc

i am 3 weeks post op and was a 34 b. i had 340 cc and my bust size is now a D! i had my implants over my muscle but they do look very natural. 460cc does sound like quite a lot considering your current size. have you had a consultation with another surgen because they might think different?

i just had my sugery with mr kazzazi on tuesday and he is a lovely man, i couldnt be happier with the surgery, i was a 36A after weightloss and wanted my larger fuller breasts back, so i went for the under 525cc’s! lol (i wanted my moneys worth haha).
at the end of the day it is what YOU want, if you dont want the size he is offering tell him, despite him being a Dr, he is being paid to please you and if you dont want whet he is suggesting you shouldnt feel preasured into geting them. search pictures on google to get a general idea of how they will look afterwards.

hope you get what you want and all goes well, if you are down in doncaster for it the staff are lovely and the anesthesiologist is a hoot

Hey, i had my BA in doncaster on monday with kazzazi and i thought he was great too he’s done a good job and he asked if i had any questions the morning before surgery n checked i was OK after. If you told him you only wanted to look slightly fuller then i don’t see why he wouldn’t let you get smaller ones? I started off as a 32aa and didn’t want them to look daft afterwards so only got 340cc in each, and he wouldnt let me go any bigger anyway! I’m wondering if the only reason he’s suggested bigger implants is to make sure it totally fills out all the tissue u already have? Did you ask if he would let u go smaller? It should be up to you at the end of the day.

The anaesthetist I had in doncaster was hilarious as well, he was making fun of me right up until i went to sleep for asking for magic cream on my hand haha, was probably the same guy! xx

I had my boobs done with mr kazzazi back in march and i’am very happy with them.I was a 32c and just wanted them filling out,soon as i saw him he said 505cc low profile.I too thought this would be too big but so glad i went with what he said.They are now a 32ff but do not look massive at all and very in proportion with my frame-i’am 5.4 and siza 10-12.
