Has anyone had a breast enlargement with dr marcellino? If so could
I take a peak how was your experience? Is he funny when it comes to big sizes as I’ve heard some surgeons can be x

Hi! I’m having him on 7th December. To me he said he specialises in small implants and doesn’t often do big ones x

No probs. I don’t know if he wouldn’t physically do big ones though. He may have just been trying to assure me I wouldn’t end up with huge ones lol x

I had my pre op last Thursday. Seemed really soon. Time is going so slow now, need November to hurry up and get out of the way!x

I had him do mine! I’m almost 4 weeks po now and I had 500cc and am measuring e/f at the moment. Very happy with them! X

I am 5’8″
10.4 stone
Size 10
Currently a 34 AA (Tubular breasts)
Want to be a D / DD.
Had my consultation on 13th Nov with Dr Marcellino who has suggested either ….
325 / 350 / 375 cc, High Profile, Unders for my height / body shape etc.
He said he will try and go for the 375cc implants but will try them all on the day !

So excited !

Yes I saw your request and saw we are on the same day 🙂 I’m slightly tubular too. He told me to have mod plus overs though, it’s weird everyone gets different suggestions. He initially said 325-375 to me too, but reduced it to 350. I’m a bit smaller in height and weight than you though so they may have been a bit too big. Did he say why hp unders?? X

I know it’s such an individual thing isn’t it….. I could spend hours online searching and searching for other girls who more or less match my stats with the same size implants ! But all boobies are so different !

When he asked me what size i want to achieve i said a ‘D’…so from that he gave me the 325 to put in one side and the 375 which I tried on the other side. He said that the 375cc would be best on my frame as I am tall etc.

After trying them all I think I will feel happiest going for the 375cc
(which is the biggest that he said he would be able to fit in)
He said that he will try each size on the day. So I will say again that i want the 375cc, but I will be more than happy if he decides on one of the smaller options if he feels it is a more sensible size option for my body.

As for the ‘profile’ I tried a ‘High Profile’ and a ‘Moderate Profile’. He strongly advised (that as I am – quote – “a tall girl, want them to stand out” lol ! ) to go for the High profile.

So I suppose our height/ weight difference has determined the difference in suggestion for ‘what profile’ and the sizing is down to literally how much skin you / i have.

Such an exciting journey isn’t it !! Did you have your consultation in Bristol ?

I think I have a broad chest, maybe that’s why mod plus is better for me. I’m having a third consultation with him on Friday! One of my boobs is quite hard, like the tissue feels kind of solid not squishy and I’m concerned I won’t be able to have overs.
No I had my consultations in London, I’m from Kent. But is still Takes over an hour on the train or at least 2 hours in the car :/ x

My parents live in kent and I’ll be staying with them so will spend a couple of hours in the car after my op too alice! Not looking forward to that….apparently you should bring a pillow to put in between your seat belt so it doesn’t rub. Good luck Lucy! Eee can’t believe we’re all on the same day! X

Yeh I was going to bring some pillows. I’m hoping just to sleep the whole way home. Hopefully my boyfriend an follow the sat nav without my help! Whereabouts in kent? I haven’t found anyone local on here yet x

I have another consultation next Tuesday as I’m after a natural look and everything I read says I should have unders???? So confused!

OOh there’s like a whole gang of us on the 7th now. And we’re all having similar size etc. I think Mr Marcellino really has a certain style. He was recommended to me for a natural look.
I read that unders are supposedly more natural asa the muscle masks the shape of the implant, but I think a lot of unders I’ve seen look more fake because they are so high up and hard looking. I think my idea of “natural” was a bit off. I think now I actually want kind of fake looking… hahaha!x

Hey guys. I had Mr marcellino last weds. I’m pod6 now. Much better than first few days ️as had unders. I had 350 mod plus from 32a. Having strapping off tomorrow if you want to see pics can upload them. There isn’t much on here for Mr marcellino and I trawled through this forum for help before my op. So would be happy to help/ advise if you want

@penza1 that would be great! I have also searched and searched and haven’t found much.
@fleckers23 I think you could be right.. I’ve not seen many photos post op months down the line when everything has settled so only really know what to expect from the few weeks after which doesn’t give an exact picture.
Hopefully Mr Marcellino will put my mind at rest on Tuesday ?

Not sure if you have read this whole thread , but i am 5’8″ 10.5 stone clothes size 10-12.
same surgeon, same date, same place …
he has suggested for me either 325 / 350 or 375cc High Profile – Unders.
Told me that under’s create a more natal look (which i want) then he showed me the difference between high profile and moderate ( and to be honest i couldnt really tell the difference, but he said that the moderates can look more flat and wider – more natal basically. ) I was um’ing and ah’ing then he butted in and said that to be honest as I am 5’8″ tall girl, I should defiantely get the HP.
so HP is the plan, and i am hoping for 375 !
soooooooo excited !!!! can wait to be post op and then but my ‘b4’ pics up ( i am so disgusted at my naked boobies at the moment, that i can’t bring myself to upload pic of them until they are ‘corrected!’ )

So the right one is currently much more swollen than left, called in and they said to ice it, painkillers and wait but hopefully it gets better soon as its really painful. They look super high and fake also which is quite gross so a lot of drop and fluffing to do.

Also mr marcellino is actually really really good and caring as a surgeon from my experience.

Hi girls!

I met Max on Friday and booked in for December 16th.

He has recommended 300cc, mod plus and over for me. I’m super worried they won’t look natural over as I’m quite small – 5″2 and 8 stone 5.

He has said he would do them under if I really want to – what do you think? better to go over or under!

it will depend on how much tissue you already have, if you have enough to cover the implant, overs can still look really natural. i’m hoping to have overs, but he said he might have to do unders on the day.
I’m worried mine will be too small now, i’m a stone heavier than you Alice and he wants to do 300 or 325.x

He did say i had good tissue and skin to go over, he is the pro at the end of the day! Just super anxious as all my friends have had unders!

I initially tried 275, but he thinks 300 will look best and has said there will be 325 there on the day as well.

How big are you now Alice? It’s so hard to choose whether to go a bit bigger or a bit smaller! xx

I wear a padded 30d or 32c, but that’s cos of their weird shape. Like all the tissue is at the top so if I wear a smaller cup size I bulge out if the top even though there’s nothing touching the bottom of the bra if you know what I mean? I probably am a b cup if the tissue was more evenly distributed lol. We initially discussed up to 375 but stupid me thought that would be too big!x

I had Marcellino, 6 weeks ago and the results are great! He is very nice and really knows what he is doing, they’re symmetrical and even, and dropping at very similar rates, and the scars are really neat! My boobs are slightly larger than I was expecting (from 32B to 32E), but I am so happy with them!!

Hey girls, do any of you have your op time yet? When I met with Marcellino and my PC last week they said I’d receive a phone call with my time on Monday (yesterday) and I haven’t heard anything yet.

Oh is that normal for us to have the same admission time with the same surgeon? Maybe we’re sharing a room!? I’m still weirdly calm about it all. Don’t think it will feel real until I to the hospital x
