Essentials for post surgery

Getting my boobies done on the 3rd of Feb, need some help with what I need after i.e. cushions, creams, tips, bras etc? Having my pre opp tomorrow. Anything anyone found useful in recovery would be great 🙂 xx

I’ve bought wipes, aqueous cream, cotton wool, v pillow so far. Need Macom bras. Front fastening pj tops etc

All I have is a Macom, night gown, bio oil. V pillow, buttoned pjs and that’s about all?xx

I’ve just got an asda zip fronted sports bra for after the surgery, and 2 spare m&s ones. Didn’t bother with a macron. Plus bio oil, and something you can get on easily like a hoodie to travel home in, and then support pillows for at home. X

I got my V pillow from Amazon. Was only about £5! Xx

i got it from argos in the sale think it was 8.99 but has loads of good reviews lol x

@alicefff make sure you get ice packs for your boobs and a hot water bottle for your back, as sleeping upright really hurts your back sometimes. And dry shampoo, roll on deoderant, spare change of underwear for the hospital and that’s all I can think of right now haha. Good luck! xx
