    Hi Ladies..

Some of you may have read a previous post of mine but if not, heres the basics –
I had my BA done july 14. I was a 34B/C with deflated boobs from pregnancy. When i met with the surgeon my first question was ‘do i need an uplift?’ he straight away said no way. Every since then i haven’t thought about it. In nov last year i got measured in ann summers and was a 34G and have been wearing that ever since. Over the last 4-6 weeks i have noticed that both my boobs have become smaller however one is quite a bit larger than the other then about 2 weeks ago i noticed that my implants felt odd. From feel ins underneath – near my incisions, the implants feel that they have an air bubble in them and i can feel a ridge on the implants. Also when i lean forward they look the exact same as they did pre op (like little udders – just bigger!) I booked an appointment to see the nurse who then referred me to the surgeon. That brings me to today. When i met with my surgeon i asked how he was which he replied – ok but i have a headache and sore tummy (sorry would you like some paracetamol?) He then asked to looks at my boobs and to lay down so he could feel them. He didn’t warn me that he was going to squeeze the life out of them which made my eyes water not to mention it hurt! He then told me that my right boob is firmer to keep and eye as it could possibly be CC however hopefully with massaging this shouldn’t happen. I then asked about the difference in size and what could be the reason he then told me that in actual fact my pre op pics indicate than 1 has always been bigger .. so why was i not told to have two different sizes?? The answer – because i went for larger implants which go up in 50cc and the difference in size is equal to 25cc so it wasn’t an option (i wasn’t told about the difference in size and never really noticed it as i kept them hidden all the time)

So i come to my last question.. Why have they dropped so much? I understand that with heavier implants the will drop quicker etc, it makes sense but they look the same as the did pre op just bigger and rounded. At this point he tells me.. Looking at your pre op pics you were borderline uplift but doing an uplift at 20 years old would not have been reasonable!! Surely i should have been told this information.. Instead i was told.. you do not need an uplift but if you are concerned about the slight sag then opt for the larger implant and this will act as a lift too!! He finished by saying that the feeling of the implants underneath is slight rippling which is normal :s Then retracted the comment and said because of the muscles or something it happens but not to worry.

I left the clinic feeling completely shitty. I could have cried on the train home (but waited until i got home) Thinking of my post op pics makes me feel so depressed and embarrassed. I feel that when you spend that amount of money on having BA done you should feel confident afterwards and happy with the outcome. I now do not know what to do as I’m left with lop sided saggy BIG boobs (not even little ones i can hide away)

Sorry for the long post but just needed to let of some steam 🙁 xxx

Oh @Zoejay14x hun! That made me well up reading it! I am so sorry you feel so bad! Your surgeon really should have done more to make you feel at ease and made you feel better about the situation.

I’m only 3 weeks post op so can’t really shed any light on what the problem could be. I was told by one surgeon that I needed and uplift and he refused to do my surgery. I then got sent to Dr Mounir that said I don’t need an uplift yet as I want more children. Instead I opted for a larger implant (480cc uhp overs) and to expect sagging a bit faster.

I don’t blame you for needing to vent and have a rant! I’d be upset too after spending so much money on them. What do you think you’ll do next? Have you spoken to your PC too about your concerns? Hugs! Xx

@lacelabyrinth I haven’t spoke to my pc because during the booking process last year when i tried to contact my pc i was put through to someone in birmingham (i live in london!) so from day one i didn’t have a pc (tbh, as it was all done quite quick i was able to get any info from the ladies on reception).

I have phoned a few different companies to see is they will give a second opinion but they won’t comment on another surgeons works – their policy. I can understand i suppose. My mother and sister in law had surgery done abroad with a brilliant surgeon so i have contacted him to see if this is someone he will do, hopefully he will say yes. Its not ideal but i am so unhappy with them id give anything a go and appreciate all opinions. xx
