I had my uplift and BA 10 weeks ago and am really unhappy with how they look now, the left one hasnt dropped as much as the right and is sitting to the side more although i can feel the implant is closer to the midline than the right if that makes sense!! my nipple is nice and central on my right but the left is much further to the outside. I can also feel ripples all the way down my cleavage on leftie and sometimes can see it 🙁 Anybody else had this and has it settled and evened out 🙁 🙁

Hi Shelly, I’m so sorry to hear that your feeling down about your results. I had my surgery 1st week of August and when I woke and for the following week I was quite upset and kicking myself as I thought they were too small. I had on more than one occasion asked the surgeon if I could get bigger implants and he said it wouldn’t work so I went with his advice. I’m just over 2 weeks post op and not sure how I feel about them but am thinking I won’t really know until I can wear a normal bra and so more fitting clothing. I’ve also notice one Brest is higher and larger than the other but the nurse said that’s just the healing process and at 3 months they well be better and soon after should be more symmetrical. I’m still probably going to want to wear a push up bra though if I think they look to small. What I’ve told myself is wait until the 3 month check up before worrying. Your check up with the surgeon should be soon right? The issues you are state in your message definitely need answering by your surgeon as I imagine you have , like me, invested a lot of emotion as well as money into your op!

Who was your surgeon and what size were you pre and then post op?

Hi Ruby, my apt with PS is in a few weeks, and i know i need to speak to him about my concerns but i am worried that he will just tell me to wait or that it is due to my own anatomy but i never noticed it before, I do know he is a great surgeon and i have seen a lot of his awsome results so hopefully im just overthinking things. i just cant see how my nipple will move now and although its not horrendous it is so much further to the side than the other, from a side view it looks like i have no nipple at all on the left. I hope the size difference will equal out as i know it can take time, it just gets me down.

With your own results give them time as they do change so much, i have even said to my PC and nurse that i want them done again as they are too small (they both ignored my comments lol) even now some days im happy with the size and others i think nah they are nothing like what i wanted they are way too small. I like you went on the advice of the surgeon, i was 34b pre-op. I had 325cc for the larger side (which is still the larger side) and 350cc on the smaller
