are any other girls experiencing really all over the place emotions? i am going from happy to really sad and upset within minutes! i am sick of feeling bloated and gross, i love my boobs so much but so sick of being stuck in bored and restless. my boyfriend is away for work and my friends and family are either working or live too far away to just pop over to see me, not that i want anyone to see me when i am like this because i feel embarrassed that i am so miserable after having this done. its something i 100% wanted i am just all over the place!! xx

Helen im the same!! I literally just cried cos my nanna locked herself out her earlier and had to walk to mine to get one (its only a 10min walk!) So its not even just about the boobs and im not an emotional person at all! I keep getting headaches too which i also never get, maybe all these meds! Hope you feel better soon! X

I’m the same. Keep bursting into tears. I’ve wanted this doing for so long I def didn’t go into it blinkered and I am happy with my boobs but I’m sick of being in pain and uncomfortable and feel silly moaning about it as it’s something that I choose to do myself. I feel like I’m fat and bloated my clothes don’t fit right, I haven’t had a proper cuddle with my boyfriend since my op and I really miss that. I know it won’t last but can’t wait to get past this bit xx
Might be a silly question but when will my new boobs feel like they are mine? Like they are actually part of my body? Xx

I was the same! I cried for two days and felt like I really regretted getting them done but it is just a phase. I felt so emotional and useless I was even ringing my local hospital to remove them lol can’t believe it when I look back! Now I’m so happy everyday haha x you will come out of it x

I still have mixed emotions about having them done all this time later … Mostly because I still suffer pain in my chest which effects my gym workouts and day to day …. So much so I’ve booked in for a check with the nurse to make sure it’s at least nothing to be concerned about….

I feel exactly the same Helen. Got my 1 week check tomorrow, can’t believe it’s only been a week. Feel like I’ve been like this forever. Just trying to stay focused that with every week that passes I will feel like myself more. Xx

Its a nightmare! We’ve all paid cash to make us feel better yet we all feel like rubbish. I can’t deal with this bloating and constipation its driving me mad. I’m 8days post op and boobs look good (one is more swollen than the other) but the belly looks like they threw a couple of implants in there too ?? I’ve been back at work 2 days now and I want to be enthusiastic about the new additions but can’t because of the bloat. Also back pain is getting me down! If I walked past a vet they’d put me down! ?

I’m still bloated over a week later! I am still taking Cocodamol though and my boobies are still very swollen. The nurse said that a lot of the bloating is swelling moving down from my chest xx

I’m still really bruised and am still finding that I’m bloated (not as much) but its due to lkack of exercise I think and being back at work has sped up my recovery as I’m moving around and eating better. Going back to the gym on Monday even just to do treadmill/bike for half hour, its better than nothing. Losing the will being so inactive!!

Hey ladies. Did any of you come off your pill to have type operation? This can mess big time with your hormones. Especially if you’ve been used to a routine. I took a multi vitamin and tried to stay healthy during the recovery period. Was certainly a trying time. Also I noticed I took smaller shorter breaths. Which almost made me want to cry..remember to breathe deeper..and get your shoulders back. Ladies you got new boobies..there’s nothing to cry about any more..chin up..enjoy your summer honeys.p.so use probiotic like any sort of probiotic activia or yakultimate. It should help your tummy abs stop the bloat. But stay on it a whiley as the antibiotics will have killed alot of the good bacteria 🙂 x

Cocodamol does crazy things to your guys! Try and get off them and take paracetamol. Reckon that could be causing your bloatiness. Messed me up in all sorts of ways! x x
