Has anyone had a procedure by Ms Lutz or at the Fitzroy London, I have booked mine and wondered where people stayed etc? I’m not from London and it’s so confusing trying to book hotels. My PC is on annual leave so starting to panic! Op on the 29th October ? any input would be great…thanks x

Hi Zoe, I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago with ms Lutz at the Fitzroy, and my surgery went really well. I had overs which I’m told aren’t as painful or as long a healing time as unders, and when I went in I was so nervous and tearful, but other than my nurse who was a little abrupt but very thorough, everyone was really caring and attentive. I was pretty sick and everything felt like it was spinning for the first 3 days after which they said was from the G-A, but the pain has been really manageable. I only took the codine they gave me for the first 3 days then I swapped to paracetamol and ibuprofen, and as of about 3 days ago I haven’t felt the need to take any pain killers. I’m in love with my results already, hopefully you will be too!
I stayed at the holiday inn on Regent’s Park, it was perfect, it wasn’t even a 5 min walk to the Fitzroy, The room was lovely and the bed was comfy, I paid for breakfast and dinner and it was all really good, honestly it was perfect, I’d definitely recommend staying there.
Ms Lutz is very honest and obviously very good at her job but I have to admit I didn’t like her very much and wasn’t looking forward to seeing her on the day because of her tendency to be a bit abrupt, but she was much better on the day, I think everyone definitely takes into account that you’ll be feeling really emotional and nervous. If you want to chat about anything else or after your procedure feel free to message me again x

    Hi Tia

Thanks for the reply! That’s amazing to hear & id looked at the holiday inn so will defo go ahead and book there. I’m so excited but also really nervous. I found Ms.Lutz the same but after lots of googling etc she seems to be very good at what she does so I’m happy that I stuck with her. I’m having overs too, 450cc ? hopefully will all to go plan. Did you go with the M&S bras she recommends? Thanks again x

I had ms lutz at Fitzroy in August, she is a card! And I stayed at the Holiday Inn too (I think think most do) the other nearby option is the radisson which was a similar price but they didn’t have a twin room when I booked. I tried her M&S bra but none of the sizes fitted they’re such an unusual shape! So I went with the black M&S sports style one with zip at the front . The first week I used Asda post surgery bras they were so comfortable! After week one the swelling goes down and you need the support, so Asda ones became really uncomfy all of a sudden and I switched to M&S bra’s which I still use almost 8 weeks on

Thanks Hayley! What size did you go from to? (If you don’t mind me asking) I’m so excited now just anxious as you hear so many different stories about the after pain part ?? no pain no gain though I suppose
