Does anyone actually know when I can sleep on my front again, it’s not a question I’ve asked anyone?
    Thanks

I’m nearly 13 weeks and still get scared, I’m assuming we can’t! I’d like to go for a massage though 🙂 xx

Hi ladies, I was told at my 6 week check I could sleep on my side, front, back or upside down if I wanted to haha! 🙂 I tend to sleep on my side but haven’t really tried the front yet even though before my BA I was a religious front sleeper every night! Xxx

Thanks girls, it was never a problem flat chested as nothing got in the way, but now with these beauts I’m so frightened of denting them. I’m sure it’s absolutly fine to sleep on front now it’s just strange I guess 🙂 xx

Hi ladies this is a good question as I too have been a front sleeper my whole life and my back hurts from not being able to adjust to any position to get comfortable. 4 weeks post op on Thursday I’ll see the nurse tomorrow so I wonder when I can side sleep! Feels like forever since I had my op. I can’t wait to be able to sleep on my side at least xx

My nurse also told me at 6 weeks I could sleep however I liked including on my front and could literally do everything like that as normal. I’m 9wpo and I was a front sleeper but I’m currently on my side but tilted to my front not fully on my front. I think people with big boobs struggle to front sleep in general. Needs a lot of pillows and propping up. I know we definitely can after 6 weeks and it’s safe for your implants but whether we’ll ever get as comfy is another thing.

I was told the day after my op I can let my comfort levels guide how I sleep (although avoid front). He said if it’s comfortable enough to sleep on my side I won’t be doing damage. It took about 2 weeks to have no discomfort when side sleeping but now I’ve done it there’s no turning back, I sleep so much better!
