Garment is doing my head in help!!

How long do you have to wear the solid bit of the garment it hurts so much and is brusing my whole back it kills!! It’s pushing down on my bum too, does this pain go! It’s such a struggle wearing this hard thing!

Oh no what area did u get done for stomach it’s 6 week I’m getting mine done soon x
