General recovery

Hi everyone can I ask how long is it before you can lift your arms ect comfortably and do general day to day things such as cook a dinner I’m abit of a busy mum my husband will be having a week off work but will I be good to go after a week?

I could lift my arms above my head by day 3. I cooked dinner from day 4 on wards but I struggled with things like draining pasta lol, couldn’t lift the pan of water! Everything else I found fine. Oh I also struggled hoovering, but that wasn’t a bad thing!! You’ll definitely be fine after the week xx

I could lift my arms above my head from day 3 although it’s not advisable. Cooking I was ok to do after about 4 days but as Hannah says things like draining pasta, or shaking the chips in our chip pan I couldn’t do. But ye after day 7 you should be ok to do most things. Just listen to your body. It will tell you if your doing to much xx
