Getting measured

Hey guys hope you are all ok
I’m going to be six weeks post op on Saturday and obviously due to the situation at the moment I won’t be able to go and get measured or get properly fitted for a new bra to my new size. Do you think I’ll be ok to just carry on wearing my Macom until things are back open again? Should I switch to a sports bra? I just need advice x

If you go on google and look how to measure. You can measure yourself just for now. It’s so easy. Just to get a ruff idea what you’ll be. So if you want a sport bra or amy other bra you know the size.
You measure your under bust. Then the fullest part of your bust and minus the fullest bust size from your underbust size. Xx

I went for my 3 week post op on Wednesday and due to everything going on at the min the nurse told me to just wear my Macom bra until I’m able to go and get measured properly xx

I’m 10 weeks post op and not going to lie I’m still wearing my Macom when I want a comfortable bra or to bed so that should be fine. I also measured myself and then bought bras online and those one are more uncomfortable than when I have gone to shops and been measured properly so I think I would def wait till you get the chance to be measured properly.

I made the mistake at the beginning to just measure myself and try on that size and if it felt okay just buy it. But OMG massive regret!! I think I was just really overwhelmed and was looking at these huge bras (not even that big like 34D/34DD 32E/32F) like no way are those going to fit me because my brain hasn’t adjusted yet! So I was wearing a 34D then when I finally got measured I was a 32F!

Carry on using your macom one or sports bra… I’m 6 months post op and still wear a sports bra to sleep ( got to keep them in shape lol)…
Wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Xx
