Glasses and rhinoplasty

I’m having my surgery a week from now and I’m really worried about glasses. I have to wear them for everything and I have tried contact lenses but I can’t put them in or out by myself. Anyone else been through this and has any suggestions? I don’t want to be blind for 6 months!!
