    Hey girls!

So im about 8 weeks post op and I’ve started going bra less to bed as of last week. Although it feels amazing, is it too early for this? I’ve been advised that I can but would just like to see if other girls still wore their bras at this point xxx

I did this with my first opp and a year later I had to have revision surgery due to my implants dropping to much I’m nearly 4month post opp now and wear it every night I don’t wana risk going threw that again my surgeon recommended wearing it for up to a year x

    Hey Angie,

Perhaps because I’m a little further gone than you are. I’m almost 9 weeks and don’t get morning boob anymore. I do randomly get a sore spot here and there but I’m sure what you’re experiencing is absolutely normal xx

    Hey Clairelh,

Oh my goodness! That makes me want to wear one 24/7 for the rest of my life lol what size did you go for? I’m assuming they were big implants? Xx

I had 350 with my first opp my surgeon said it was just lack of support that caused it I have 400uhp now so I don’t think I would have been able to go bigger if it was due to the implant size what size did u have? X

I’m 6 months PO this week and still sleep in a sports bra most of the time – purely for comfort. X

I had 350cc mod plus. Thanks for the advice girls. I think I’ll wear a comfy sports bra to bed for a while longer xxx

@Clairelh sorry for random question but how long did u wait before wearing a push up? I’m sure my surgeon said I can’t wear one for a year after my ba. Also would u advise sleeping in a regular sports bra/non wired or the macom at night? Thanks fx

My surgeon actually told me I can wear any bra now- including wired (I’m 2 months PO). However I wore one for a day and found it uncomfortable on my incisions . I’m going to wait another couple of months. I’ve actually found fhe macom to be most comfortable at night. It’s become looser over time and I barely feel like I have anything on when I’m sleeping. Sports bra feels quite tight x

@fran32 I waited about 10 weeks before wearing a push up with my first opp my profile pic is actually my first opp 350cc haven’t got round to updating it my second opp I waited 8weeks I always have a sports bra in when ever I haven’t got my normal bra on so they are supported 24/7 x
