Gym and smaller boobs?

Hey I Am nearly 8 weeks post op so am back to gym as normal (bit of Cardio mostly weights) I have a few pounds to lose around the belly where o have obviously not as active but I am so paranoid that losing little bit of weight will change my boob size and they shrink
Please reassure me I’m being silly ???????? x

@beckii24 Hey babe, I havent had mine yet but speaking from what I know would be. The first place women genuinely lose weight when exercising is from their boobs. just sods law isn’t it!! The implant obviously won’t change in size, but the boob that you had before hand may as it normally would. I don’t think there is a way of stopping that. xx
