Has anyone asked for natural and actually got it?

Okay… I’ve been thinking of having this done for a long time (nearly 7 years) and for one reason or another I get talked out of it. But I keep coming back to see how people are getting on on this forum and find im so jealous 😂

Anyway… Did anyone ask for realllyyyyy natural and actually get it?

I’d like to have them done without my family knowing really, as most of them just wouldn’t understand.

Years ago I had a consultation and they offered me 400/425 overs I’m already a small C cup and would of ended up being like a DD/E which is far to big for me

Hi Sophie! I did. Unless you know I had a surgery you wouldn’t be able to tell, and I’m only 2 months post op… 😊 Mr Giannas was my surgeon.

Hi Sophie! I’d recommend looking at different surgeons to find who you think would be best to give you the most natural look. Take a look at their past work and talk through what you’re looking for in your consultation. I was a small C cup and had 400cc high profile overs, it sounds like they’d look really fake but so many people have commented how natural they look and even the post-op nurse said the same. My surgeon was Mr Mileto. I’ve attached my results – I had surgery on 21 December so I’m nearly 2 weeks PO ☺️ X

Katherine yours look amazing! What size were you beforehand?

Hi Sophie, I had mine done on the 18th December after considering it for years and absolutely love the results. I was very small to start with and wanted them to look natural but also look as though I’ve had them done.

Thanks Carla! I was a small 34C beforehand. Very little volume on top so my bras were starting to gape x

I think I’m a full C now. Definitely super natural result.

You would probably end up a f if your already a small c im a 34b and I got 400cc under the muscle and I’m a big d hun you want to go around 300 350 for a natural size tbh with clothes on you can’t even tell you think they’ll be massive but they ain’t you can only tell with no bra on 700 is like big where you’d be able to tell x

You think d e is big hun but it ain’t cause the measuring of sizes they compare to is different to us like a d will be a c x

Ive got to be honest I’m glad I’ve waited till I was older and not been gone for the 400 they offered me a few years ago, cause they would of been massive, and now I’m hoping for a more natural look x

Hey , I also think it depends on the profile you get , I got 375cc moderate plus dual plane . I’m now one month post op and since I’m a curvy girl I didn’t want such big boobs that it will make me look big but I also have a wide chest and that’s the main reason I choose moderate plus as I didn’t want that stick on look .

Everyone has a different idea of what ‘natural’ actually looks like , I’d gather up a photo album in your phone of ‘goal’ boobs and show the surgeon once you have your consults! I wanted natural, but big natural.. I had 650cc uhp over the muscle x

100%, I have 350 overs with Dr Sleiter and feel mine are very natural, especially for overs xx

I was a 32B to start off with and am now a DD/E mainly E, but if your a c now you would probably only want 300 or even 275cc if u don’t want too big. They would probably offer u overs also as you have enough breast tissue there x

omg holly you look fab!! i think youre right ive been looking at people who are 275/300 and really like their results, yeah i really want overs x

Hi Sophie! I’m actually jealous of your current small C cup haha, as I’m an A / AA cup with hardly any breast tissue! As said above if you don’t want to big, then under 300 or 300 will be a nice size!

Before op- 2.5 months post op. 275cc mod+ by Mr Giannas. Full 34C now.
