Has anyone had an e-consultation?

I have my initial e consultation booked for this week and they said I get an email with a link in it to sign in for the consultation but I have no idea what I am looking for?! I have the mya log in to see my upcoming appointments and I filled in the medical form but I can’t see anything else?! Can anyone help? Thank you

Oh, I had one inviting me to download the app and another one with just mya adverts on it but no web link and nothing in my junk. I’ll have to contact them to ask x
