Has anyone of black Caribbean or mixed white/black rhino experience?

I went for a consultation for rhinoplasty, I am mixed white / black Caribbean. I was more than a little concerned when I was unable to be shown any work, before and after, of any rhinoplasty results in my ethnicity. This may seem silly, but it was important to me that my surgeon have experience in my skin type and facial feature.
Can anyone of mine or similar ethnicity share an experience with rhinoplasty?

I’d love to know this too! I’m Black African and I haven’t seen any work done on somebody of a similar ethnicity. I’m quite worried as I’ve heard before that people of black origin scar and get keloid easily??

I haven’t had a consultation yet as I’m still doing a lot of research. It’s also important to me that the surgeon I go with is able to perform this procedure and still give me an “ethnically appropriate” nose shape.

Would love to see photos of before and after too!

Same thing i was wondering don’t really think MYA is best place for black/mixed ethnicity. I’m considering having it done a few years from now but already researching it. if not possible in the UK might have to go The States.
