Been offered 325 and 350 and my op is on Monday. I’m stressing!! Currently a 32A 60kg 5’4. Would like to be a 32D but to look as natural as poss for that size. I’m worrying that if I go 350 they’re going to be too big. Help pls

    Hi Holly!
I used to be a 34A and went into my appointments wanting a C/D, and was told they cannot guarantee size which is understandable!! . I selected a 350 and have the boobs I wanted by looking at pictures. It turns out I was completely clueless when it came to bra size as I am now 2 years post op I am a 32F and couldn’t be happier although they do not look like what my “A cup” brain thought an F would be!

I’ve attached photos to show you, but personally I think going to look at a bra you want to fill is worth it and speaking to a bra fitter too. Also, once you are fully healed go to a proper bra shop! I waited far to long until I got measured. Boux Avenue were incredible with me and I could tell I wasn’t the first post op person to walk through the store confused!

Im 5ft7 55kg 32 very empty b. Ive been recommended 300cc to be around a d but im panicking it will be tiny. Also don’t want to be big either 😅 so hard to know because i think we all know in our minds what we want to look like. V stressful. I was told to do rice test but don’t know how accurate it is really. Im having dual planes what about you?

Hey Paris. That’s so helpful thank you! Have you got any before pictures. Yes a 32F sounds bloody huge but when you put it in perspective with the pictures they look amazing and not too big at all. See I have no idea what bra id like to fill. I was thinking a D cup but whatever fits my body really! Xx

Hey Paris. This is exactly the same as me. I was offered 300 first and I thought that would be too small. My surgeon has now suggested 350 and I’m worried it’s too big! I hope to be around a D but my main aim is to have nice boobs that suit my body and not look fake and stuck on! When is your op? Xx

Hey I’m 10 days post op and soo unhappy with how big mine are, I went from 34A and had overs HP 300cc, I’m downsizing to 225cc moderate plus in 7 weeks time!! I had the same stats as you, and I’m around a 32C/D now so that might be good for you. I have heard a lot of people normally want to go bigger, I would ask you surgeon if you can try implants in your bra and put a few tops on over the top to gage a good idea of what it will be like – I didn’t do that and regret not doing it!

    Hey Katie, I was a 32A 5’4 size 8 61kgs and I had 350. I would say I’m probably a D cup now maybe? I’ll attach a picture I’m 11 days post op and absolutely love them!!!
