Has anyone with ‘sagged’ breasts had implants without having uplift? Started by: Catherine

I have had a consultation and he never mentioned uplift until I asked and he said yes it would achieve the best results. I am not too bothered about having the uplift but I’m just wondering if anyone has been similar before and just had implants?

I’m also interested to know the answer to this! It’s hard to find results with no uplift but where an uplift was discussed!! Im in between, not had my consultation yet but my boobs now are very similar to some I’ve seen on here with uplifts! X

    Hiya,

I had extremely saggy small breasts in 2018. My surgeon was confident that just implants alone would work fine. They were fine for about 6 months, not what I wanted but all of our bodies are different.

    But….

Here I am in 2021 having to have an uplift as the skin has stretched from the weight of the implant.

    Hello,

Like the above, I had drooping breasts in 2019 due to weight loss and was advised that implants would fill out/perk up my boobs fine.

Mine were also fine for about 6 months and then started to stretch. My biggest regret is not getting a lift back in 2019 as I’m now planning on having to get a lift this year.

I had 525cc (opted for the middle size of what I was offered) and I’m 5ft 11. I had 34b breasts before which were fairly saggy having breastfed two children. The nipples were quite low too. My surgeon recommended a nipple lift not an uplift, which I had.. but they’re still pretty low (although I did have another child and breastfeed for another 3 years!). The implant filled my skin nicely, I just wish my nipples were much higher! I’m researching having an uplift with smaller implants now. I had my original ones 10 years ago. They were low profile, round.

Hey! I thought I would need an uplift but my surgeon said I didn’t, I was surprised by this but then again after seeing more photos of other girls my boobs weren’t as saggy as I thought they were. I went from a 36D to a 36B after weight loss. It’s only been a few days but so far I’m really happy.

I went into my first consultation saying if he thought I needed one I wanted it done, if he had been on the fence I’d have had it done for sure but he reassured me I didn’t and he was right.

I think if you’re debating it I’d go for it if you can afford it. Like the ladies above said, otherwise you may only get a short amount of time with your boobs sitting nicely before they sag more. If that’s the case, probably better to get the lift initially!

For me, I know I’ll need a lift next time around but I should get a good 7-10 years out of these first 🤞🏻

I got this done but i had to go very big 700 cc. I am now having them replaced and made a bit small and of course a uplift. I dont regret it because at the time i was young and did not want the scars but now ive had my baby and they have sagged big time i will be going for round 2 soon xx
