I am 12 days PO. I can tell my implants have dropped since my operation. My left implant was first to drop a few days ago and the right is slowly following.

However, this morning I noticed that the shape of my left breast looks really strange at the bottom. It looks as though the implant has dropped below the scar line. And also, indents in a bit close to my left nipple.

I stupidly googled it and came up with possibly bottoming out??? But from what I’ve read about others it is too soon for that to happen. Does anyone have any idea?

I’m seeing my nurse on Tuesday so I’ll find out for sure then but its really worrying me.

I had my surgery on 23rd as well and am also seeing the nurse on Tuesday!
I would just wait and see what she says. Do you have any pain still? I’m still very sore xx

No I have no pain there. It could be normal, but I’m not too sure. I wasn’t warned that this may happen or this was how they drop if thats all it is. I will find out on Tuesday tho and let you know if yours are the same! xx

Just to update anyone who currently has or ever does have this issue.. all is fine!

The day after posting this I was contacted by two lovely clinic nurses from the Manchester Clinic who had seen this post, and they both reassured me that everything looks normal and not to worry. I cannot fault MYA’s aftercare. Thank you ladies!
