    Hi girls,
I’m having my surgery in 4 weeks and worried about my sizing.
I’m due to have 400cc under muscle, I’m a size 34a, 12 bottom, 5’6 and quite muscly as I do crossfit and a lot of running. I’m worried the 400s will look too big on me and potentially be too big for all my sports! Is there anyone that has had similar that can offer advice please?

Hi Stacey, I’m also booked in to have 400cc in a few weeks but I’m debating this also, I’m a 32D at the moment but it’s hard deciding on a size isn’t it!! Xx

Hiya Stacey, I had surgery on the 9th Oct so I’m currently 5 days post op, I had 450cc and I am a size 8-10 and was previously a 34 a. Sizing is hard to decide but I’m glad I went with the 450cc rather than the 400cc, obv early days still for me but I don’t believe the 400cc would be too big for you and your sports ☺️

    Thanks Liv!
Ah that’s great to hear, this makes me feel better. I was trying to look back on the forum and couldn’t really find anyone with my stats.
And can’t find much on BA for athletes etc!

How’s your recovery going?! Are you happy with everything?

No problem, like I say you may be happier to even go for the 450cc yourself it’s a lovley size not massive and fake but not too small, I did used to be into weight lifting / body building which was a few years ago but have kept some muscle from way back then and it’s the first thing everyone would mention when having appointments that my chest was visibly more muscular than the average women, so I’m sure you will get on ok, who’s your surgeon? My recovery is going well the first two days I struggled a lot!!!!(even breathing)! And it’s been a very slow process getting better, iv been taking a lot of pain killers as I have had a lot of pain and discomfort, but I’m feeling so much better today ?
