    Hi ladies,

I’m having a BA with uplift next month, I’ve gone for 325cc but can’t decide between HP or mod plus
My surgeon is Dr Giannas and he’s recommending HP as I’m quite flat up top but I’m worried I’m going to end up with them being super high and looking stuck on which is what I really don’t want, I want to look as natural as possible.
Does anyone know if there is a real difference between them or have pics to help me make up my mind? I’m seeing him again in a couple of weeks to go over it so I can go into surgery happy I’m going to like the results x

Hi Becki I’m also having surgery with mr Giannas next month . I’m a deflated 34b and for me he recommended 325 or 350cc moderate profile . I have another appointment with him soon so I’m going to ask him why he recommends them for me as I’ve seen some high profile under muscles Recently that look soooo good , Are you having them under muscle ? As That will make them look more natural as the top of the implant is covered by the muscle So looks less round at the top , I have heard it’s also to do with your breast width and what would suit your frame better.

Moderate profile have less projection but are wider and high profile are more Narrow and have more projection . I’m worried mine will be flat And boring looking lol

If you want a natural(ish) result, moderate profile is a better choice. I have researched a lot this topic before my surgery, and i am so happy with my result (moderate plus profile).
