High profile or mod profile?

Aparently high profile will give me more projection and maybe a larger cup size but may look more fake as only have thin tissue he said this then he said he recogmwnds this? I don’t want them fake looking but want them big haha shall I go for moderate

There is the extra high aswell…i am having the full profile (high) so this will be full but not projected out as much as the extra high i didnt want them to look fake n he suggested this projection for me big but natural look..im going from a 34B…x

I had high profile unders, 415cc and mine don’t look fake in any way xx

Yea @Gail im having the 415/450 full profile unders aswell..but suppose unders or overs makes a diff to appearance ov fullness aswell??

In a way I wish I’d had extra high profile, I’d like them higher. I’m going to out new photo’s up after xx

My surgeon recommended not having the extra high for my frame as he said would be more fake look and too sticking out basically so im hoping the high will be just fine xx
