Hi girls I’ve got 2 post op bras from m and s one is a size 32DD and the other is 36D. I bought my first one months ago I tried it on again the other day and the band around my waist/below my boobs feels quite tight, the 36D is a driffetent style it’s a extra high impact sports bra with a zip up front it’s slightly baggy were my new boobs will go however the band and back fit comfortably. I don’t know weather your meant to leave space for swelling and things I’m just so confused on to how to measure what size to get haha ??

I just got the Macom bras as they go off your back size and will stretch to fit the new cup size. As you don’t know what size youll be post surgery to guess the cup size

I also got the Macom bras too so that I didn’t have to try to make this decision. I bought the same band size as I wear normally. With the swelling this was tight at first, but it is fine now. Some girls buy a back size up from what they wear normally so that it is more comfortable with the swelling at first, but it would then end up looser later on.
