How long before you have normal function

Hi ladies,
I’m still in the early stages of my boobie journey. I’ve got my initial consultation tomorrow.
I’m expecting to need an uplift as well as implants I’m an empty D at the minuet and want to go to an E I’ve recently lost almost 6 stone and so know I’m going to need the uplift due to the sag! ???? I’m very nervous about it and have my doubts but I know when I’ve got them I will just love them!
My question is how long realistically is it before you can comfortably move/go about day to day life. I’m just thinking about time off work mainly, I have a some what physical job and don’t want to go back to early and do my self any damage.
Any advice or thoughts would be lovely.

I do a physical job and my surgeon told me 4/6 weeks off work x

I also had uplift and implant under the muscle …. think it a shorter recovery over muscle etc or implant only etc …. x
