How long can you drink Alcohol after surgery ?

Hi girls just wondering how long you all started drinking alcohol after surgery .. Had my op last thursday and wanted to go out this saturday coming so will 8 days after my op .. One or two drinks wont hurt surley? Xx

They do say 2 weeks for even one or two it’s honestly not worth it not worth anything risky xxx

Your not supposed to drink on the antibiotics either (if they still give you those) let alone the fact that alcohol thins the blood which can hinder the healing. I think they advise 2 weeks 🙁 xx

You are fine to drink after you finish your antibiotics but I wouldn’t risk going clubbing or getting drunk as you are more likely to bump them or fall which could cause problems, I waited a week and a half to have a couple of drinks x
