How long till u start to see a difference

I had my my upper lower Abbs and bra roll and flanks can’t really see a difference only been a week though but it’s worrying hopefully I will see a difference soon any advice or picture would be appreciated

I thought I could see a difference but I took a picture to compare and couldnt see much what did the nurse say about it when u saw her xx
