how long to wait after admission time? first trust preston

What times have people been admitted at the hospital? And how long did you have to wait until your surgery? I’m at first trust in Preston anyone got any reviews? I don’t want to be there at 8 in morning and waiting until 6 at night :/

I was in for 1pm and went to theatre at 4.30 ish, back in room for 7.3o and released at 11pm xx
I’d never take anyone in with me again because I felt so bad with them waiting 🙂

It just depends what number you are on the list I think. My admission time was 8am and I was second on the list and went for my op around 11:15am, yet the person before me had the same admission time was first on the list so was obviously done sooner. If that makes any sense haha xxx

My admission was 9 and went down at 11 bk in room by 12 and let home at 4 in Preston xxx

Hi, I had my BA on the 4th of Feb at First Trust, admission time was 8 am and I was first on the list, was in theatre by 9.45 and out by 10.20, left the hospital around 3, I probably could have left earlier but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t sick or dizzy

my admission time was 8am, i was second on the list but down to theatre at 10;30 and out of hospital by 3! x

I was in at 8 am. . I at 10 30. Out by 3 it was so quick and easy xx

The wait is the most nerve wracking thing! If you’re there at 8am you should be pretty high up on the list. Take plenty to keep you occupied, magazine etc. And don’t worry, the nurses and docs will be doing their checks so time will fly by. Hospital staff are usually lovely and will help settle and nerves x
