I’m a normal weight, in good shape and worried they’ll turn me away? The lower abs and inner thigh bulge just won’t go away, despite gymming 3 times a week and a low-carb diet. Did anyone else start off in a similar situation?

I’ve attached photos of me in my pyjamas lol

I chose my surgeon and got an appointment with him sorted for June. Also got a rough cost guide which will be clarified by the surgeon. V happy and excited!

Hiya – glad it went well. Vaser is actually perfect for someone in your position! I am similar! I am BmI 20 and just have annoying bits I want rid off – it’s not about losing weight as such! have pre pics on profile and will be going in next mon for inner/outer thighs and hips. Can’t wait. Will upload some mark ups and progress after x

Don’t know if this sounds daft but i am pretty slim but have stubborn bits hips stimach and inner thigh. My only fear after Vaser is bring left with saggy skin as these place especially hips have stretch marks from pregnancy x

This was my fear too Amy – the good news is if you are already pretty slim the skin doesn’t have so far to go to tighten and the procedure encourages it. This is a bigger problem if a lot of fat is taken or if you have very poor skin elasticity and/or is thin skin. To be fair my skin is quite thin, but because I am slim and the skin has limited tightening to do the surgeon thought the sagging would not be a problem, there is a risk but MYA do offer correctional surgery if there is a serious problem with the result. I double checked this at the consult and the surgeon felt that I would get a good outcome so I went ahead. If he hadn’t said that or their was no aftercare if it wasn’t the result I expected then i probably wouldn’t have decided to go for it. Best thing is to chat to a surgeon

YAYY I’m meeting the surgeon tomorrow! It was supposed to be June 20th but a family event has come up, so I rescheduled to tomorrow.

Very excited to meet Dr Joffily… has anyone else had him? What’s he like?

Can’t wait to be skinner lol xx
