Implant exchange for smaller

I’m looking to have my 415cc implants removed for smaller implants around 300cc

Has anyone had this and was it able to be done without uplift?

I’ve had my 380cc replaced with 300cc in feb 2021 I have had the uplift too and my results are overwhelming!!! Mr Traynor has worked his magic once again!!!!
Photo 1 is just before he took me down to surgery, photo 2 is 12 weeks post op xxxx

Hi Karen, how are your scars healing? Im hoping to do the same but worried about the scars? Also did you have your nipples removed and replaced?
