I am 3WPO tomorrow and I am in the most discomfort since having the op !!!!
The itching is hell on earth!!!!!! I had the worse sleep last night and I’m dreading having another restless night tonight.
I’m constantly itching and feel like I want to rip my boobs off my chest. Its not even where the incisions are as I know that would be a sign of healing but its the top and side of the boobs.

Because of the uplift we are told not to wash that area, so the most we can do is get a damp flannel and wipe the area and not go anywhere near the anchor type incisions.

I wasn’t sure if I was allergic to the plaster or if its super normal to feel like your itching yourself to near death. I am literally making my skin red raw. 🙁 this feels by far worse than any of my eczema itch breakouts.
I’ve tried Ice packs and they don’t work.
I have read a few post where a few ladies have felt the same, if so what did you do to help it and how long did it last for?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had to take the dressing off as my skin has blistered and red raw. The itching is indescribable xx

Don’t worry girls, we have all had it. Mine was insane to the point i was in tears, it would keep me up all night and drive me insane. But since I’ve had the strapping off i haven’t had any itching apart from the need to itch the stitches. But it’s all part of the healing process and of course the skin stretching so I suppose the itching will depend on the size of the implant maybe as the skin needs to stretch more. You can get through it babe!! Not long now x

Yep same @vixstar I had a real bad allergic reaction to the plasters which was why I was itching so much 🙁
still pretty bad and left bad rashes around boobs so haven’t wanted to look at them too much until it heals up. x

@reanneh Have you put anything on it? My nurse told me to use calomine lotion. It’s taking the edge of the itching away and looks less raw now!
I’m just hoping the marks go away. How long has yours been like it now for? Xx

@reanneh I’m nearly all healed with the rash now, can still see a mark from it tho and itches when I get to hot. But fingers crossed the worse is over xx
