Just taken my strapping off – newphotos

I’m 4 days post op and have just taken my strapping off!!! Happy with how they are look so far and I’m really surprised that there isn’t even a spot of blood on my dressings (from seeing everyones photos I thought there would be some) I’ve added a few new photos 🙂

Hi glad your happy with them. I am 7 days post op and having my strapping taken off tomorrow. I did call MYA on Friday and ask if I could take it off but they said no! I’m feeling very tight and uncomfortable and I really don’t want to spend a fortune getting to London just for them to do what I could do myself! Hiw did you get all the sticky stuff off your skin?

@kellynp my surgeon told me I could take it off at 4 days – otherwise I would have left it for the nurse to do. I just took my time and pulled it off really slowly and it hasn’t left any sticky residue behind 🙂 xxx

Are there before and after pics on this forum? I have only just joined, go in for surgery on the 20th dec ..

@happymehope you don’t mind me adding you, I’m 4 days post op, can’t wait for the straps to come off, my appointment is not till Thursday thou, can’t wait to see what they look like x
