Labiaplasty and hoodectomy under local

Does anyone know if you can get a hoodectomy done under local. Never had general anaesthetic before and really scared, i know you can get labiaplasty done under local but cant find anything for hoodectomy x

I was really worried about general anaesthetic too but honestly they are so kind and reassuring, felt like the best sleep of my life haha & means you don’t have to listen to the procedure happening, you just fall asleep and wake back up with it all done xx
