Looking for a 34a before and a 275 after surgery pics under the muscle

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me decide my final decision for over or under muscle. I’m around 5’2 and 7stone, and am a 32/34 A cup looking to be around 275cc. I was told under the muscle is much more natural looking but I haven’t seen any before or after pictures to compare. If anyone was a 32/34 A cup and have had around 275cc over the muscle pictures or advice for that too would be helpful. I’m looking around jan/Feb time to have an OP but really need to see what under the muscle implants look like. Both round and teardrop!

Slightly different but i was 32AA pre op, 5’3 size 8 and had 300cc HP unders, now measure 32D and loved them ever since, pic is over a year post op xxx

Hi, I had Motiva Ergonomix 295cc 3wks ago. I started off with deflated 32/34A after breastfeeding my 2 babies and I’m currently measuring 32D or 34C, which is perfect for my frame – 5’5 and 9 stone. I had dual plane and they look so natural already 🙂

I had 295cc ultra high profile previously 32aa now 32DD x

I don’t know how to make my photos small enough to upload here but I had 275 hp overs, gone from 32/a/b (depending on time of month!) to 30dd/e – pics are on insta I’m brummieboobs x
