Loss of nipple sensation!!

Hiya,
Recently had a BA re-aug. (3rd June)..I have sensation in my right nipple but not my left. I know its early days but has anybody had the same?? I had a bA 10 years ago the same thing happened but the sensation came back in the left nipple after 6 months ..hoping with the 2nd BA it comes back!!! A bit worried??emmaxx
