I am looking to buy a Macom bra off the offiicial website can anyone recommend which one to get? I noticed on the one I like you only had to pick back size? I am getting 700cc implant will it be big enough?

It’s supposed to be that you choose your current back size and the bra will stretch to fit your boobs but I’ve heard of girls who have your size or bigger having issues with it. I’d ask someone on the Macom website via the chat option just to be sure x

Hi hunny! i ordered the i-bra which is good for larger implants, i had 800 and it was too small! the nurse put it on straight after my op and she told me i need a bigger one so got a shock absorber off very in a 36gg, i want a 38 though now as swelling is more, id not bother with the macom hun with you having 700 xxx

i was a 36dd to begin with though so maybe that made a difference, i do think youd be best with a full coverage sports bra like the one i have, youll need as much support as poss 🙂 xxx

Thank you, sorry just replying now. I think I will go for a full coverage sports bra.. I am a little unsure what size I am currently a 34 dd/e with a 340cc implant am guessing a 700cc will take me to a f/ff do you think that sounds right?

I think 700 would take you at least f/ff if you have little breast tissue, if you have more breast tissue I’d say about a g/gg, I think I’ll end up 36gg or 34h I started at a dd. Defintely full coverage is better for large implants much more comfortable and feel less digging in, I’m planning on wearing my Macom once swelling has completely gone as it’ll give more support than a bra and its kind of low too so can wear more tops . The one I have off very is amazing, I’ve topped up on ibuprofen and put it on for bed and I’m honestly so comfy.. finally think I’m disguising the pain though boo xxx

Hiya @emmamarie1986 I’m 10 days post op now and I finally was able to wash my hair over the bath with hardly any pain, by having bigger implants I believe the recovery time is longer, I ended up having 11 days off, I’m back in this Monday, initially I only booked a week off as that’s what was recommended, luckily my boss was so lovely about it and give me more time, and with my job I use my right arm and hand a lot I’m a nail technician and beauty therapist. I’ve always worn a 34d push up, they’ve always felt comfortable on the band, and tbh I think I’ll stay a 34 band, I’m thinking I’ll either fit into 34h/36gg non plunge/push up. I can’t wait to get sized only 4 weeks to go!
