Hi ladies, I’m after some honest reviews on the Macom bra’s please? I am torn between the i bra and the signature bra. I am having 410cc anatomical implants! Xx

I bought both. One for straight after surgery and one for a few months after.
Anyways 1 week post op my surgeon and nurse said it was not supportive enough, nor did it give enough compression.
Contacted Macom explaining this and how they have pretty much falsely advertised stated it’s recommended by ‘their’ surgeons yet mine said and I quote “They are a complete waste of money, go to Asda or Marks and Spencer’s”

Macom gave me a full refund once bras were returned, give them a try and see how you get on. They are comfy and I liked them but obviously done as my surgeon said. X

I love mine! Bought the normal and the 2nd stage bras and they’re both great! Only early post op but can see mine getting so much use they’re comfy and my surgeon recommended macom. Everyone is different but compression wise mine work fine…

I already have implants but I’m getting mine redone as it’s been nearly 10 years. I ordered the signature and I-bra and after trying them on I’m definitely sending the I-bra back! The signature feels better on my current implants and is so much more comfortable 🙂 are you both with MYA? X

The i bra is for implants 350cc and over, my surgeon recommended the marks and Spencer’s post op support bra, these are really comfy bought two as they were in the sale.
I sent the i bra back as my surgeon didn’t seem very impressed and I thought why waste my money if I’m not going to wear it.

Ok that’s interesting…. think I can rule out the i bra!! Thanks ladies!! I may order the signature bra then and I am definitely getting the Asda zip up support bra, I’ve read good things about that one on here, and if the size I buy that in doesn’t fit then I will get the M&S one! Zara- I’m not going through MYA, are you? I also have almost 10 year old implants that I am having replaced! Xx

I have 380cc already and going bigger but still didn’t like the way the I-bra felt on my implants. Yes with MYA both times xx

I only have 230 implants and going to 410! I’m starting to worry a little now that they will be too big. Most of the posts I’ve read are all 350 and less! X

I’m having 450-500cc but when I tried the I-bra on with my 380 implants it didn’t feel nice. Even my boyfriend said it looked uncomfortable. I haven’t heard of yianna but I’ve got two macom signature bras and ordering two MYA bras xx

Another lady who I’ve been chatting to has just got 2 of the lipoelastic post surgery bras, they look very similar to the Macom bras. I believe that they are also the same as the ones MYA sell . X
