Currently wearing an M&S bra 34C from a 34A. I only can wear it with one hook done up as so tight. Contemplating replacing it with a Marcom bra but don’t know whether to get a 34 or 36. Has anyone else got a Marcom bra and would you recommend getting one?

Defiantly recommend. I never got one till 2 week and half post op. Best thing I did. I love them. I messure 32 but always worn 34 so got 34! I would just go with whatever bsck size you wear. Also tesco do a great one that’s £8 in Orange black and grey They are amazing. I didn’t find m&s any good to be honest. Defiantly macom and tesco xx

My nurse, surgeon and pc (who actually had Mr Traynor) said the Macom was the best and not to be fooled by the cheaper ones as they don’t have the proper support – although they may feel comfortable, which isn’t a great thing!

These bras are supposed to really hold you in and support your new additions.

And when I’m done I will just sell it on xx
