massages techniques??

Hi I’m one week post op I see nurse tmro when did people start to do there massages? And how long before they start to look for natural and not stuck on thankyou

I would also like to know the answer to this as there has been no mention from the nurse and I’m three weeks post op.

You are supposed to start massages to soft and drop your implants I’m going to ask tmro when I see the nurse hun and Il put it on here xx

I was told after my 6 week check go start massaging, but not before that as the implants need to stay in position in the pocket. The surgeon will show you on yourself how to massage, you have to hold one breast with both your hands one hand with your fingers on the outside and the other hand with fingers in your cleavage and wiggle from side to side, then do the same with under your breast and on the top of your breast, does this make sense?
