    Hi all
I’m 5ft1, currently a 32A (although I’ve been wearing 34A my whole life, but my nurse was like hmmm you’re a 32, and she’s right after I measured).
I’m having 210 or 240cc over the muscle in one month time, and hoping to achieve a nice C cup.
I bought a Yianna bra on Amazon in size Small, and want to buy a second bra either from M&S or Asda based on your reviews.
Can you advise which exact bra (link to website or pic) you chose, and the size? My incisions will be under the breast.
    Thank you!!

    Hey,

I would definitely go to M&S as they do post op bras and they are all so comfy! I have two and they are so supportive yet so comfy x

    Hi
I agree with Courtney. M&S post op sports bra (black with pink piping) are great. I would go up in the back size as you will be swollen after the op. So if your a 32 back I would get a 34. . I also have Macom but I haven’t worn it yet as I don’t think it offers as much support.

@Courtney which bras did you buy? Can you send a pic or the link?
Apparently the ones with back opening aren’t good at the beginning and those are almost all the post op bras from MS

I had both the Asda post op bras and the M&S one and I can say that the Asda ones were a life saver!! You get 2 for £15 and they were so much more comfortable opposed to the M&S one. I think they’re out of stock at the moment though as they sell out so fast so definitely keep an eye on their website!x

I bought a Macon bra, it was rubbish, completely see through in the breast area, leaving a nipple outline as the material was much thinner over the cup with little support. I checked it for any marks, folded it exactly as it came and posted it back for a refund. They posted it back to me with a post it note saying blood stain, I know that bra was spotless when I posted it to them but what can you do apart from bin it! Buyers beware!

I had two packs of the Asda-George post surgery bras for £15. They were amazing, so comfy, easy to fasten! Definitely recommend them x

I’ve got one of each I have the Asda plum bra and the m&s black one and the price difference was unreal Asda was £8 and m&s was £25, I do think they are both comfy I find the m&s bra gives a little bit more support but Asda one still does too! Xx
