Hi! I’m in exactly the same position, I was going to buy one from M&S but I didn’t know what size to get and I didn’t want to buy it and it not fit when I have surgery and have to buy another one! I’ve been told that I could possibly be d cup after surgery ..
I could do with some advice! xx

Girls! Get the Victoria’s Secret Pink sports bra. I am currently wearing this. Loads of girls I know who have have BA, wore this and loved it so much that they wore this after the healing period too. The nurse at spire hospital also rrcconended this. Iv gone an bought another 2! Lol. They size as XS, S, Small DD, M and L. I got small DD and M. I am currently wearing M due to my swelling, but I think I will probably fit comfortably into the small DD in a few weeks. X

I have two of these, I was a 34a before surgery and was getting 380 I was told to get a 36 back for swelling and a E cup, I tried them on and they felt ok, but on the day of surgery I did not feel supported at all and my mum exchanged them for a 34d and I still wear them now 8 months post op very supportive x

I got told at MYA to keep the back size the same and choose your desired cup size that you asked your surgeon for, so I went for 34DD in the m&s sports bra it was tight at first due to swelling but then was perfect after I still live in it now! I got a Macom though for the first 6 weeks in size medium I got 400cc overs x

I got told to go up a backsize to consider swelling/bandages. I was a 30b and bought a 32c in M&S. I went in and explained the situation to the bra fitters and they were really helpful. I bought an S in macom

Get at least 1-2 back sizes up from what you wear now (I’m a 28 and ended up wearing a 34 for a few weeks!) then get a cup size about 3-4 sizes bigger than you are (I was an A and wore a D or DD most of the time). I’d recommend a few combos so a 32D and 34DD was what I bought as swelling does make a huge difference!!

Also, sports bras fit weird, I’m a 28F now hit my 32D still fits just about so don’t worry about sizes too much!!

I got one 2 weeks PO, so swelling had mostly gone. Stayed with same back size as I usually am and estimated the cup – got D and DD but kept the DD as it was a bit more comfy, and would still be ok after drop and fluff!

The Victoria secrets one looks really good though!

Thanks michaela I’m so nervous haha! And I bought a 34DD in the m and s sports bra for straight after surgery my surgeon said this is the best post op bra he’s used as it’s extra high impact so keeps your implants in place, I’m current a 34 small C and am getting 345CC unders x
