My boobs are swolen please help

a few months after my op today i noticed my boobs are very swolen, add my instagram for pictures, ill personal mesage you. i am very worried

The warm weather won’t be helping hunni I felt awful yesterday in the heat and my bra was soooooo tight xxxx if it persists I would speak to the nurse xxx
