    Hey girlies!!
Just had my surgery today. Been a very stressfull journey but so so worth it! I received my admission time 4 days ago and had my surgery this morning. I was told to arrive at the hospital by 7:30 which I did. When I arrived I got taken into a room with a few other girls litterally 5 minutes after I arrived and we all got called up at the same time to go to our rooms, when I got to my room a nurse came in and told me to put on my gown, paper pants and socks! I had blood pressure checked and signed a few forms. Then after about 15 minutes my anethetist came in to see me, he was lovely!!!! He explained the procedure and what was going to happen etc signed some more forms and waited for Mrs lutz. My nurse told me I was second on the list so should be going down to surgery at 10am! Mrs lutz arrived about 9:20 and marked me up and again more forms lol!!! Then a little wait and by 9:50 the theatre nurse came to collect me!!! We got in the lift and went up to the floor where the theatre was. We sat in a room and she chatted with me for a bit to keep me calm!! Next thing I kno mrs lutz is coming in and taking me into theatre. I walked in. Got on the bed and lay down, I had my cannula placed in which honestly wasn’t bad at all! I also had a mask too so that made me feel very very drunk!!! Next thing I know I’m hearing the nurses waking me up! Felt like I just had the best sleep of my life!!!!! I woke up VERY cold was shaking uncontrollably but by the time they wheeled me back to my room about 20 mins later I was back to normal temperature! Pain wise….. very tight. Only way I can explain it. Feels like a lot of pressure and very achey! But hey I am in love with them already!!!! So happy!!!!!

Thank you Hun!! Hope it all runs smoothly for you! The nurses are so lovely and the day goes so quick! I’ll keep you all updated on here! I got a 36E in my sports bra as they say to get a few sizes bigger in the back, but mrs lutz wanted me to have a “granny bra” so she used the strapping instead which is coming off this Thursday! So I’ll get a Granny bra in a 36E xx

Hey Sophie!! I absolutely love them so far! They aren’t stupidly large like I thought they would be! Not heavy like I thought either, the perfect size for me! I started with a 32D so I was used to being larger but they’ve caused no problems so far I definitely wouldn’t of liked to of gone any smaller, in similar stats to you too 5″7 and 9.5 stone so I’ll try add on a pic in a bralet type thing to show you how they look in a bra with no padding got some pics on my profile too xxxx

Wow they look amazing – you must be so happy! I’ve been worrying about size … I had my first BA 5 years ago and had 340cc but always wished I had gone bigger. Which is why I’m thinking 500cc this time around. But I’m so keen to get it right this time. Who did your surgery? Our stats are so similar! How do I see the extra pics on your profile? Xx

Just a little update!! Had stitches out today, was so nervous but wasn’t too bad, didn’t hurt at all didn’t even know she had taken the first one out, already been driving since 9dpo so all is good. I’m so impressed with how well I’m healing so happy I went with Mrs Lutz she’s done such a fab job!!

@indi555 hi India, my stats are just like yours being a 32D tubular and also assemetric so looking to correct the shape and fullness. How are you finding the weight of 500cc as I think that’s my max but I don’t want them to be massively fake looking but yours look really nice. I also have mild scoliosis so I get back ache quite a lot and was wondering if the weight was a lot of strain on your back? I’m booked in for 3rd November but got my pre op on 11th October so unsure what size still. Any help or pictures would be appreciated 🙂 xx

Hi Katie! Personally I think if you don’t want the fake look 500cc may be too large? I wanted the fake look so I’m pretty happy, without a bra on etc they do look a nice shape and I think they are nice for my frame but in a bodysuit or a crop top they do look very large I’ll post a pic of them side by side so you can get an idea!!! As for the weight of them I’ve had no problems, I’m almost 3weeks post op now and honestly can’t feel much difference to how my breasts were before there’s no extra weight and I’ve had no back ache! Think the only back ache I’ve got is from sleeping on my back hahaha!! They’ve softened up loads and they can push together and make a cleavage etc now but still have some dropping to do as they are still very high but so far I’m over the moon and honestly having the bigger implants hasn’t effected me at all although it is a little difficult trying to shave your legs as you can’t really bend with them in the way hahaha!! Here’s a pic of them out and then in a bodysuit so you have an idea of what they look like as I said they do look extremely fake looking in the second pic but I think that’s because they haven’t quite dropped yet!! Xxx

@india did the doctor mention anything about sagging with larger implants? When I had my consult and said the size I wanted to go, he said about sagging, but my pc said that this has to be mentioned to everyone? Xx

Hi @Sophie if you going for a large implant would definitely suggest buying a Macom bra they are really good and my PC she had 700cc and she wears them once she gets home and gets out of the normal bra.. It will really help not to sag because without good support big implants will sag even normally your breasts will sag but to prevent it defiantly invest in buy at least one Macom bra try wear it as often as you can as they are so so comfortable no underwear and they mould to the shape of your breasts. I also wear a Macom bra as my breasts turned out so big from my implants and I only had 325cc but then I had an uplift as well cause I had Lots of breast tissue and over the muscle as well and they look natural . Will attach a pic of mine I wear the biggest they had lol 40XXL as suggested and it fit perfectly! I wanted to go for the XL but I called the customer service and they suggested XXL anD size 40 and am glad I listened. I wonder what size I would be when I get measured. Am 10DPO btw . Hope this helps x

@sophiex26x yes my surgeon did mention sagging over time she said it’s natural and gravity will do it’s thing but like Zahra said a good support bra will really help! I haven’t used a macom though. I’ve got the M&S high impact bra I find it so much comfier just like the macom with the front zip aswel just half the price! I think all implants will eventually “sag” over time as your breasts have something heavy inside them but my surgeon said that wouldn’t be for a while and they will just end up looking more natural xxx

@indi555 wow! They look great on you! They’re definitely the fake look but I think I’m looking for something a tad smaller as ive got a very short body and my boobs would take over lol!! They’re a lovely shape too, maybe I’ll go for 450 but I’ll see what the sizers look like again when I go for my pre op and last consultation. Do you have much projection as that’s the main reason I want a bigger implant as I can’t have uhp due to my breast width. That’s good about the weight not affecting you, I suppose if ifs inside you you just gets used to it as supposed to the sizers we try on. That’s good about them softening already, how far post op are you now? I hope I get a good cleavage too. When your boobs drop and fluff they’ll probs looka bit less fake or possibly bigger from what I’ve heard but they do look really nice 🙂 thanks for sharing the pictures xx

@katie2194 thank you!! I love them but hoping they do drop abit as they are abit in your face haha! I got high profile and I have nice projection on mine from the side too! I’m 3wpo on Tuesday which has completely flown by they feel just part of me now not strange and tight like the first week was scared they wouldn’t soften but they do feel really nice and soft and the cleavage is getting better and better can’t wait to be able to try on bras lol, xx

Haha I’m sure they’ll drop soon 🙂 that’s good, how long do you think it will take to be able to get measured and go bra shopping as I was planning on going 3wpo but doesn’t look like they’ll be ready at that point if yours aren’t. Xx

@katie2194 although mine haven’t fully dropped they are a lot softer and can actually “jiggle” now lol not just two rocks on my chest so I’m thinking maybe next week i will get measured, after my stitches were out I was a little bit tender and sore which has eased up now but didn’t want to be trying on bras whilst I still felt a little rubbish so I’ll give it another week and get measured as i feel pretty much 100% now so I’ll keep you updated and see what size I finally am xxx

@indi555 ah okay that’s understandable, atleast they’re jiggling now then :p glad you’re feeling nearly 100% now, I’m hoping the pain isn’t too bad as I’m a real wimp but I’ll have a week off work and two weekends to recover so should be okay. Yeah please keep us updated on your final bra size 🙂 I bet you’re looking forward to trying bras on now xxx
