Just thought I would share my journey so far , I know reading other people’s helped me
So after having two kids & loosing 3 1/2 stone I had completely lost my boobs they went empty!
I decided to go for 400cc high profile overs because I had a lot of loose skin from having bigger boobs previously.
I had my op on Tuesday 15th last week I went on my own & was nervous but the staff was so lovely & calming
Mr traynor was my surgeon and let’s just say you have to take him with a pinch of salt!
My admission time was 11 am and after the nurses checking my obs and everything was okay & mr traynor came to draw on me time went quick and I went down for surgery around 12.25 i was put to sleep which was much calmer an easier than expected then I woke up around 1.45 being wheeled back to my room woke up feeling confused but the nurse soon calmed me. I didn’t wake up in pain just a bit uncomfortable achey the nurses checked on me every half hour & gave me something to eat and I was aloud to leave at 5 o’clock the car journey home was uncomfortable
Since my op I’ve been uncomfortable but not very painful nothing unbearable I honestly expected to be in more pain, I feel bit battered and bruising but not pain
Sleeping upright is a nightmare I’ve bought a bed rest that’s helped but I’m used to sleeping on my front!
