Hey guys, got my surgeons app in a week or so but just wanted some general opinions on whether you think my boobs are naturally far apart? Please be honest – as I think they are but I don’t know how to tell?

I don’t have any cleavage at the moment and I don’t want to go into this with really high, unrealistic expectations.

Also, any ‘after’ pics of anyone with the same problem would be fab! X

Hiya babe sorry to dampen the mood but aparently if you have no cleavage before you don’t gain one after. And only wearing a bra can sort it out. I don’t know whether it’s a myth or not but it’s just what I heard. I didn’t have a cleavage before either and my boobs are naturally far apart and I haven’t gained a cleavage 🙁 xxx

Hi 🙂 I’ve just had moderate profile unders and like you had a very big gap. I think the gap is definitely a bit smaller now as my boobs are a lot bigger and now they’re starting to drop and fluff, they’re naturally falling together but there’s definitely still going to be a gap but I’m not too worried about this as a bra will sort it – potentially even without a padded bra once they have softened properly! ? it’s different for everyone though but I just thought to myself, I’d rather have big boobs and a gap than flat small ones with a gap! Haha! It’s far less noticeable when you actually have the implants because you won’t have an empty area across the whole of your chest, only between your new boobs which is actually quite natural for the majority of women 🙂 I hope this helps and makes you feel a bit better about things 🙂 this is definitely the best thing I have ever done though, no regrets what so ever 😀 good luck! xxx

I had a big gap before and got 365 moderate and couldn’t get a cleavage at all even 5 months post op and had them done again and got 445 extra high profile unders and I’m only 2 weeks post op and they seem better. Not sure if they are better cos they are bigger or cos of the profile but they look slightly closer but that could be cos they are bigger. When I am wearing a boob tube style top they look great from the side like you can see them as they are high and I have cleavage from side but with a v neck top I look strange cos I am big chested with no cleavage. In hoping this time they will soften more and come together but I will definitely still need a good push up bra and even then they prob won’t come completely together x

    +1

Hi girls, I had asymmetric and just had my second op 10 days ago to change them from over the muscle to under the muscle so I know what they look like I’n both ways and when I first looked at them this time I couldn’t believe the fact that the cleavage is closer now, he used high profile in one and ultra high profile in the other so this may be why, I don’t remember my pre op boobs as it was three years ago however my chest bone is not too wide so this may be why, will let you know when the swelling goes down although it doesn’t seem swollen on the Clevage x
