Need reassurance

I’m just over 2 weeks post OP and I was over the mood with my results until a few days ago when I started noticing them looking wonky my nipples now look really un even and oone breast is looking larger then the other
Could this he because maybe one has dropped before the other? Did anyone else experience this?
I’m starting to get myself into a panic ladies

Yeah they can drop at different times and it’s 2 separate surgeries. Should be beautiful in a couple of months x
