    Hey girls,

Only just got onto the site so still quite new to the forum. so I’ve never really got my boobs, at a size 38A with quite a big frame (mostly due to my overly big ribs) I decided that at 19 I actually needed some new boobs to feel normal. I’ve booked my surgery through the Nottingham branch to take place on the 12th Dec with Dr Mounir. I’ve decided on 380CC high profile implants which I have been advised by my surgeon to have over the mussel because with the right bra I could then create more of a cleavage, is this right? I’m just really worried that they wont look natural enough thats all- any advice? Also, I have no idea about what bras to get post surgery, what do I need to look out for with surgery bras to get the right one? How do I know what size will fit me? Also wondering about the recovery process; I’ve heard that you have to remain sitting up all the time to help with swelling, especially when sleeping at night- how have people found this?

Literally just cant wait to get it done and actually have proper boobs that mean I’m not so restricted on what I can wear all the time etc and not have to spend a fortune on wearing padded bras all the time haha

Thank you for reading and any advice on any of it will be very much appreciated!

Hi I was 36/38 B/C and had my consultation with Dr Kazzazi at Doncaster I had 400 Moderate rounds Nader the muscle, he recommended round as I have a wide chest and he will only give you what looks natural, he also does sedation rather than GA, I have loved sleeping sitting up, had 3 pillows and V pillow cut in half to rest my arms on. I am only nearly 4 weeks post op but there are pics on my profile if you want to add me. As far as bras DrK said don’t waste money get Asda/Matalan sports bras (not very big sizes though so I got M&S sports bras. If you have strapping you don’t need a bra for first week I went to M&S and tried bras on to get right size. Hope this helps ? Angie
